Board assessment panel

For candidates who reach the board assessment stage, we share your applied project and relevant credential progress with the 2–3 senior OPC practitioners who serve on your assessment panel. Board members are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Public directory

Credentialed practitioners who consent to a directory listing will have their name, credential level, specialty areas, location, and contact method publicly visible on certifiedopc.com.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations:

  • Enrollment and credential records — retained for the duration of your credential and for seven years after credential expiration or termination
  • Contact form submissions — retained for two years
  • Board assessment records — retained for seven years
  • Payment records — retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
